Further Learning

  • UChicago PHYS 10700 Immersion — dimensional analysis across blast, pendulum, and stellar scales; presentations on supernova shocks and quantum physics; 5 labs.
  • Coursera: Evolution and Ecology, The Big Stuff.

A university summer immersion in physics put dimensional analysis to work at every scale, from pendulums to supernova shocks, with five labs and two presentations. An online course in evolution and ecology kept the natural-history thread running between semesters.
